Refund Policy
At MEDIANUTS, we value your trust and strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how we handle requests for cancellations and refunds.
Service-Based Nature of Work
Our services involve significant time, strategy, and resources invested upfront. Hence, all payments made for services are considered final and non-refundable, except in special circumstances mentioned below.
Cancellations
- Before Project Start: If you wish to cancel a service before any work has started, you may request cancellation in writing within 5 days of payment. A partial refund (excluding processing fees) may be considered.
- After Project Start: Once the project has begun, cancellation is allowed but no refund will be issued for work already completed.
- Ongoing Retainers/Subscriptions: For monthly or recurring services, a cancellation request must be submitted at least 5 days before the next billing cycle
Refunds
Refunds are processed only in the following cases:
- If no work has been initiated and cancellation is requested within the allowed timeframe.
- For ad campaigns, any unspent ad budget (if pre-paid by the client) will be refunded, but management/service fees are non-refundable.
- If MediaNuts is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to internal reasons (rare case).
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
No Guarantee of Results
Digital marketing outcomes (traffic, rankings, conversions, ROI) depend on multiple external factors, including competition, algorithms, and market conditions. No refunds will be entertained for results not meeting client expectations if services were delivered as per the agreed scope.
Disputes
In case of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through discussion or mediation before taking legal action.
